Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. We charge the difference between the new and previous tier prices, prorated for the days remaining in your current cycle. Your renewal date stays the same; the next renewal charges the full new-tier price. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal: you keep your current tier until then, and the next cycle is charged at the lower price.
Clients approve or request changes on a post. You can require client approval before scheduling or leave it as a status tag, configured per client or workspace. Your team always controls scheduling and publishing. Professional and Agency also include authenticated client portal access for calendar review and feedback.
