HeyOrca puts each client on its own calendar and charges for each one. At three clients that is easy to budget. At ten, the tool bill rises with every retainer you sign, and for an Indian agency it is a dollar bill that moves with the exchange rate.
Whether you should move depends on what you use HeyOrca for. If your clients like browsing a full calendar and your team relies on its inbox or listening add-ons, check that an alternative has the same before you compare prices. If the work is mostly getting posts approved and scheduled, several tools cover it for less.
HeyOrca costs as you add clients
From HeyOrca's pricing page (checked 3 November 2026):
- Basic is US$59 per calendar per month, and Pro is US$149. Each client or brand is one calendar.
- Paid plans include unlimited users, posts and approvals, with up to 10 social profiles per calendar.
- Five or more calendars get a 40% multi-calendar discount. Above 10 calendars, HeyOrca quotes a custom rate.
- Reports, the social inbox and listening are add-ons on Basic, at US$59, US$39 and US$39 per workspace a month.
So 10 clients on Basic come to US$590 a month before the discount, and about US$354 after it, roughly ₹30,100 at ₹85 to the dollar. Add reports for every client and the figure grows again.
Four alternatives, priced for 10 clients, 30 accounts and 3 people
The sample agency has 10 clients, 3 social accounts each, and 3 people on the team. Figures exclude tax; Indian GST applies on top where the vendor charges it. Check each vendor's page for your own numbers, since plans and limits change.

Approval features differ between these tools. Some are an internal sign-off inside your team; others let an outside client review. Check how a client reviews in each one, and whether a client reviewer needs an account or a paid seat.
Per-calendar and per-workspace pricing grows with your client list. Per-account pricing grows with the number of social profiles you connect. If your clients each have one or two accounts, a per-account plan stretches further; if each client has six or seven, compare the numbers closely.
SocialPilot
SocialPilot started in India and prices in rupees. On its India pricing, Premium is ₹6,000 a month for 30 accounts and 3 users, and it is the plan with client approval workflows. It also has a social inbox and white-label reports. Clients approve by email or in a review tab in the dashboard. At this setup it costs less than Poststack. See SocialPilot alternatives.
Poststack
Poststack charges by social accounts and people, not by client. The Agency plan is ₹8,000 a month before GST for 30 accounts and 5 people (you and 4 teammates), however many clients those accounts belong to. Clients who review are free and never count as people on the plan.
Each client is a workspace with its own calendar and connected accounts. Clients review a post on a no-login link, or log in to a client portal to see their calendar. You set feedback rounds per client, from 1 to 10 or off, and can turn on a 48-hour review window. Each post keeps a timeline of comments and revisions. Reminders go by daily email, and on WhatsApp when you turn it on for that client (direct messages only) and they have agreed to receive messages.
Review status does not stop a scheduled post going out. If a client must approve first, keep the post as a draft until they do.
It publishes to Instagram (posts, carousels, Reels, Stories), Facebook Pages, LinkedIn profiles and Pages, YouTube (videos and Shorts) and Threads, through each platform's official sign-in. Analytics cover Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, and monthly reports are put together by hand today.
What you give up: no social inbox and no listening. See the Poststack and HeyOrca comparison for the two side by side.
Buffer
Buffer's Team plan uses volume tiers. The first 10 channels are US$12 each on monthly billing (US$10 each on yearly), channels 11 to 25 are US$4, and channels 26 to 50 are US$3. At 30 channels the bill is US$195 a month on monthly billing, or about US$163 a month equivalent on yearly billing, roughly ₹13,800. It includes unlimited team members and content approval workflows, which are an internal sign-off rather than a client review link. It supports TikTok and Google Business Profile, which Poststack does not.
Planable
Planable bills per workspace, usually one per client, so it grows the same way HeyOrca does. Pro is US$59 per workspace per month on monthly billing, or US$49 on annual billing, with unlimited users. Analytics and the social inbox are paid add-ons, and Planable offers a volume discount from five workspaces, so ask for a quote at 10. See Planable alternatives.
Reasons to keep HeyOrca
- Your clients want to browse their whole calendar, and you want unlimited collaborators on every calendar.
- You post to TikTok or Google Business Profile for clients. HeyOrca supports them; Poststack does not.
- You reply to comments and messages for clients and want the inbox and listening add-ons in the same tool.
- You run a few clients, so the per-calendar cost stays small.
How to choose
- Count your clients and your connected accounts, then price both per-calendar and per-account plans at the size you expect in a year.
- Look at how each tool asks the client to review, whether a reviewer needs an account or a paid seat, and whether you can cap feedback rounds. Our post on content approval software lists what to check.
- Check that every platform and format your clients use publishes directly. A tool that sends a phone reminder still leaves someone posting by hand.
- If you pay in dollars, budget for the rate moving.
Moving off HeyOrca
Name one person to own the switch, and plan a short overlap so nothing goes out twice:
- Export the reports and any approval records you need from HeyOrca before the account closes.
- Connect each client's accounts in the new tool.
- Check whether HeyOrca lets you export your scheduled posts. If it does, map the columns to the new tool's import fields. In Poststack you can import posts from a CSV file and check each one before it becomes a draft.
- Check the media, dates, times and time zone on every imported post.
- Before the first post is due in the new tool, the switch owner confirms each post is scheduled in only one tool and removes it from the other.
You can move one client at a time. Clients can review individual posts in Poststack through a no-login link.
